By using this site you agree to be legally bound by these terms with immediate effect from your first use of this site. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access or use www.canvas103.co.uk.

• Our canvasses are printed on 100% cotton canvas using light fast inks.The canvases are stretched on wooden frames which have chamferred edges to avoid damage to the canvas.
  
  
• The sizes available are shown with each picture in the gallery section.
  
  
• Delivery in mainland UK is free.
  
  
• We will quote for delivery outside mainland UK.
  
  
• Please note orders outside of the EU may be subject to local charges. We are unable to accept charges levied by other countries.
  
  
• Allow 28 working days from order to delivery.
  
  
• All canvasses are supplied with hooks and string.
  
  
• Canvasses are for indoor display only.they must not be exposed to moisture, do not wipe with a damp cloth. Direct sun light could fade your canvas.
  
  
• Please note that all sizes are approximate due to the handfinished nature of the product.
  
  
• Payment is by Paypal, a secure online service, we acccept payment in £ sterling.
  
  
• Returns policy
  
  
  • If you are not happy with the canvas you receive we are happy to refund the full value including delivery.
    
    
  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it has been delivered to you in error, or the item is damaged or defective.
    
    
  • Goods must be returned in the original or equivalent packaging.
    
    
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
    
    
  • We cannot accept items for refund if they have been damaged after delivery.
    
    
  • We cannot make refunds unless we receive the returned goods.
    
    
  • We will inform you of the return address by email.
    
    
  • Once we receive the returned items we will refund the full purchase price.
    
    
  • We do not accept returns of personalised canvasses unless they have been damaged in transit.
    
    
• All material supplied by the you, and used in the construction of the your canvas, will remain your property. All such material will be assumed to be your property and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws.
  
  By sending a picture to Canvas 103 you warrant that
  
  
  1. It is your own original artwork or that you have the written permission of the copyright holder and that you have the right to make it available to Canvas 103 for all purposes specified.
     
     
  2. The picture does not infringe any law
     
     
  3. You indemnify Canvas 103 against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that might be incurred as a result of your breach of the above warranty.
     
     
  4. You waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the site and the purposes specified above.
     
     
• Canvas 103 is the trading name of Studio103, a company registered in England and Wales. The contract will be concluded in English and under English law.
